Conducting a usability study on the Pokémon GO mobile app to illuminate issues regarding learnability, discoverability, and navigation.
MODERATED TESTING
Design Operations Internship
Conducted internal research to improve the new hire onboarding experience resulting in the creation of a playbook comprising of research based findings and insights for hiring managers. I also suggested design changes for the current onboarding process which will be used for future onboarding purposes.

UX Research Internship
Worked with multiple different ventures with their research needs including conducting over 25 user interviews for discovery research, conducted, set up, and analyzed results unmoderated usability tests on UserTesting.com as part of validation research strategy to inform design, facilitating workshops, and delivering insights during share out meetings to external stakeholders.
