I combine research, design, and a focus on human connection to create products that feel contextually relevant and meaningful.

My interests lie at the intersection of research and design, which included testing the comfort of AirPods at Apple to exploring mindfulness and habit building through my passion projects. I’m especially drawn to designing for behavioral change, emotion, and reflection.

Experiences:

Human Factors Researcher @ Apple (Contract)
August 2024 - May 2025

Drove insights that shaped AirPods design and improved comfort through studies with 2000+ participants and 3D ear reconstructions. Managed multi-site research with external partners, presenting findings to 5+ cross-functional teams to validate design decisions and enhance user satisfaction. Work directly informed critical design choices, ensuring a more intuitive experience for millions of users.


UX Research & Strategy Intern @ Royal Bank of Canada Ventures (RBCx)
January 2023- May 2023

Investigated user-centered insights through 25+ interviews, 4 usability tests, and 3 surveys, uncovering key needs that directly informed product decisions. Collaborated with designers to synthesize findings and delivered actionable insights to external stakeholders, shaping solutions that were more intuitive and aligned with user expectations.


UX Research Operations Intern @ Zendesk
June 2022 - August 2022

Piloted improvements to the new-hire onboarding experience through interviews, surveys, and affinity mapping, identifying key challenges and opportunities for engagement. Developed a research-backed playbook for hiring managers, presenting insights that informed strategic changes to enhance the onboarding process for future employees.
